A connection adaptor comprising a hollow supply needle connected to the junction of a liquid supply tube, a hollow discharge needle connected to the junction of a liquid drug injection tube, a holder fixing the supply needle and the discharge needle, and a protecting cap which is detachably attached to the holder and in which the supply needle and the discharge needle are hermetically enclosed together with the holder. By using this connection adaptor, a liquid is supplied from the liquid supply tube and air is discharged from the liquid supply tube and the liquid drug injection tube. Next, the protecting cap is taken off and the connection adaptor is punctured into a liquid drug container having an opening hermetically sealed with a flexible member and an extrusion liquid is supplied from the supply needle into the liquid drug container. Thus, the liquid drug is injected into a subject person via the discharge needle and the liquid drug supply tube.
