<p>A reference block (1) is provided with a center hole (20) having a taper inner plane (23) which becomes narrower in a downward direction. A tiff sleeve (21) having a taper outer plane (27) which engages with the taper inner plane (23) by taper is supported on the reference block (1) to be movable in the shaft center direction. In locked drive, an output member (48) inserted into the stiff sleeve (21) is moved down. Then, a clamper (33) inserted into a socket hole (3) of a work pallet (2) is moved down against an elastic member (45) to the external in the radius direction by being locked, and the taper outer plane (27) of the stiff sleeve (21) engages with the taper inner plane (23) by taper.</p>
