Use of bradycardiac substances in the treatment of myocardial diseases accompanied by hypertrophy, and new drug combinations

Disclosed is the use of zatebradine, cilobradine or alinidine and optionally a further cardioactive compound for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of myocardial diseases accompanied by hypertrophy. In particular the further cardioactive compound may be a cardioglycoside, a vasodilator, and ACE inhibitor or an angiotensin-II antagonist.
