PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content/advertisement management server, an advertiser terminal, a client terminal, a content/advertisement management program, and a content acquisition program for providing optimum advertisement to audience.

SOLUTION: The content/advertisement management server which manages each piece of information of content and advertisement to be provided to at least one terminal connected to a communication network comprises; a storage means to store the above content and the above advertisement; and a content/advertisement extraction means which extracts corresponding contents from the contents stored by the above storage means based on a content acquisition request or a content obtained from a terminal connected by the above communication network and to extract corresponding advertisement from the advertisement stored by the above storage means based on the topic information obtained from the extracted content.
