<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loosened-laver dryer reducing drying time of laver to be shorter than that of a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: The loosened-laver dryer has the following structure: the lower part of a hot-air generator 1 and the lower part of a drying chamber 2 are connected via a hot-air sending duct 3 sending the hot air generated by the hot-air generator 1 into the drying chamber 2; the hot-air sending duct 3 is connected to the drying chamber all over the width in its depth direction; the drying chamber 2 is provided with an air discharge duct 5 at its upper part all over the width of the drying chamber 2 in a depth direction; and the ceiling is provided with an opening 8 releasing evaporated steam and a ceiling shutter 9 opening and closing the opening 8. The hot air generator 1 is structured as follows: the ceiling is equipped with an axial flow fan 17 for taking air in a cylinder 18 communicating with the inside of the hot-air generator 1; a combustion burner 19 is placed at the lower part of the hot-air generator 1; a heat exchanger exchanging heat with air passing through a plurality of heat exchanging pipes through which burning gas from a furnace is placed at the upper part of the furnace of the combustion burner 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
