<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building environment support system for obtaining environmental performance data for small block units of a building, and for collating the obtained data with actually proper use standard or emission standard, and for managing energy consumption and waste emission. <P>SOLUTION: This building environment support system is provided with a sensor group, which is installed in every small block of the building, including a sensor for measuring the usage of an energy medium including at least electricity, gas and water and a plurality of types of sensors for measuring an environment; a database for storing the output of each sensor with a time stamp; and an analyzing part for extracting a linear regression model in which the usage of each energy medium is defined as target variables for each small block unit, and for inputting the measurement data of each sensor of the sensor group as explanatory variables, and for calculating the estimated value of the usage of the energy medium to be controlled by the linear regression model, and to calculate the difference between the actual value and estimated value of the usage of each energy medium, and to calculate the difference as a saving target. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
