<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more appropriately cope with lack of pumping capacity of a mechanical oil pump which operates with the power from an internal combustion engine when output of the power from the internal combustion engine is restricted. <P>SOLUTION: While the engine is feedback controlled so that the revolution frequency of the engine is fixed to a predetermined value of revolution, output of torque from a motor is forbidden (S160), when the status that a pump requesting revolution value Npump from the mechanical oil pump which pumps oil to a brake of a transmission engine exceeds the present value of revolution continues for a prescribed period (S120-150).
