<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furniture management system which prevents taking out documents illegally and illegal use of electronic equipments. <P>SOLUTION: The furniture management system of this invention is provided with a portable storage medium for a manager, furniture which have control means to switch in either of a state that can be used or another state that cannot be used, a first readout unit and a second readout unit which readout identification information, and an information management unit by which the furniture and the readout units are connected communicatably; the first readout unit have a readout means which readouts the identification information from the portable storage medium and a means which transmits the identification information to the information management unit, the second readout unit have a readout means which readouts the identification information from the portable storage medium and a means which transmits the readout identification information to the information management unit, and the information management unit transmits to the furniture directions signal controlling so that the furniture may become possible to use when the received identification information is the identification information from the first readout unit and transmits to the furniture directions signal controlling so that the furniture may become impossible to use when the received identification information is the identification information from the second readout unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
