<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for waste disposal for nitrate waste, capable of preventing a substance noxious to an earth environment such as nitrogen oxide (NOx) from being generated, capable of recovering a nitrogen component in the nitrate waste, as nitrogen gas, capable of treating efficiently the nitrate waste by a simple facility, and capable of forming a stable solidified body of a reduced eluted toxic substance. <P>SOLUTION: This device for the waste disposal for the nitrate waste is provided with a supercritical water treatment part 5 for making the nitrate waste 1 react with an ammonium salt 3 in supercritical water to convert the nitrogen component in the nitrate waste 1 into the nitrogen gas 10, and a solidifying part 12 for solidifying a treated waste decomposition liquid 11 to the solidified body 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
