PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously measure the luminance of an upper part and a lower part in an inspection process on the vision of a Back Light Unit (BLU) for LCD by acquiring images of the BLU by cameras and mounting upper and lower luminance measuring devices to vision inspection equipment for inspecting defects of the BLU in a system for sensing the vision and luminance of BLUs. SOLUTION: The system is constituted of a main body provided with an inspection chamber; a lighting jig reciprocated along a guide rail of the main body and mounted with a BLU in such a way as to be lighted; a camera for capturing vertical images by vertical line scanning of the BLU via the inspection chamber; a camera for capturing angle-of-field images by line scanning at an inclined angle of the BLU via the inspection chamber; an image processing means for processing images captured by the cameras and detecting defects of the BLU; and an output means for displaying defects of the BLU detected by the image processing means. The system further includes an upper-part luminance measuring device mounted to an upper part on the exit side of the inspection chamber for measuring the luminance of the upper part of the BLU mounted to the lighting jig and transferred through the inspection chamber along the guide rail.
