PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front automobile body structure capable of avoiding any effect on a cabin by reliably performing the backward movement of a suspension member in a collision of an automobile. SOLUTION: A slit (detachment means) 24d for allowing detachment from a suspension member 3 as the suspension member is moved backwardly is provided on a fixed bracket 24. A bent part 18e is formed in a part in a vicinity of the fixed bracket 24 of a stabilizer 18. The shortest distance d between the bent part 18e and a gear mounting bracket 22 is set to be larger than a movement stroke required for the detachment of the suspension member 3.
