PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate any cool defrosting in the foot/defroster mode in a vehicular air-conditioner having an air-conditioning unit in which a defroster opening part is located in a vicinity of a cold air flow-in unit of a mixing chamber more than a foot opening part, and directly communicated with the cold air flow-in unit. SOLUTION: A flow speed reduction door 28 for reducing the flow velocity component in the predetermined direction of cold air flowing in a mixing chamber 20 is arranged inside the mixing chamber 20. The flow velocity reduction door 28 is turned so as to be substantially orthogonal to the direction from a cold air bypass passage 15 side to a defroster opening part 21 side in a foot/defrosting mode by interlocking the flow velocity reduction door with the position of a defroster door 25. The flow velocity component in the direction of the cold air from the cold air bypass passage 15 side to the defroster opening part 21 side is reduced, and the flow-out of the cold air into the defroster opening part 21 is suppressed to eliminate any cooling defrosting.
