PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide screen printing equipment, in which the stability of printing quality is evaded and the safety of working is cared. SOLUTION: Movable claws 13 are provided in clampers 10 for holding a substrate 3 so as to be selectively movable between a position projecting above the substrate 3 and a position retreated below the substrate 3. As a result, by retreating the movable claws 13 at the time of maintenance, the safety of working is secured. In addition, by retreating the movable claws 13, highly accurate printing can be performed due to the state that a superficial no-clearance contact state is realized between the surface of the substrate 3 and the rear surface of a mask 2.
