PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching method of a foamable resin laminated sheet capable of suppressing the occurrence of the loosening of an attaching member such as a bolt or the like after the foamable resin laminated sheet using a foamable resin in a non-foamed state is attached and capable of attaching the foamable resin laminated sheet without obstructing foaming at the time of heating, and an attaching structure of the foamable resin laminated sheet capable of suppressing the loosening of the attaching member. SOLUTION: The foamable resin laminated sheet 1 is attached to an attaching target member by an attaching method equipped with a process for forming a first through-hole 7 to the foamable resin laminated sheet 1, a process for forming a second through-hole 8 of which the diameter is smaller than that of the first-through-hole 7, a process for energizing the hard sheet 8 to an attaching target member 10 to fix the foamable resin laminated sheet 1 to the attaching target member 10 and a process for heating a foamable resin layer 7 in a non-foamed state to a foaming temperature to foam it to form a foamed resin layer 11.
