PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet which has high liquid permeability and is excellent in flexibility and gas permeability. SOLUTION: In the composite sheet 1, a first sheet 2 and a second sheet 3 are partially joined together to form numbers of joining parts 4, and hollow projections 5 are formed in parts other than the joining parts 4 of the first sheet 2. Openings 6 are formed in parts which are not joined to the first sheet 2 and positioned opposite to the projections 5 of the second sheet 3.
