Construction material has plate-shaped material which has activated charcoal. The plate-shaped material is a building board e.g. building board made up of gypsum, gypsum cardboard, gypsum fibrous composite materials such as gypsum fiber board, fiber concrete board, glass fiber, carbon fiber, wood, wood fiber, plastic material as well as combination of it. The preferred material is gypsum board gypsum plasterboard e.g. gypsum plasterboard with single or double sided cardboard box and gypsum core layer.
