<p>The method is used to correct detected position values wherein each detected position value is corrected in dependence on a target value. The position values and the target values are determined in a reference system having at least one reference point. The reference system may be e.g. a rotating shaft with a pick-up and a particular point on the circumference of the shaft is the reference point. Independent claims also cover use of the method and apparatus for carrying out the method.</p> |
