<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an installation space including a lighting circuit small. <P>SOLUTION: The indoor illumination lamp 1 has a light source section 60 in a lamp space demarcated by a metallic base 30 having a housing recess part and a lens part 50 to cover the opening face of the housing recess part, and the light source section 60 has a light-emitting diode (hereafter called "LED") 62 and a lighting circuit 63 of the LED 62 mounted and formed on the same mounting substrate 61.
