<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branching wire holder allowing a binding band to be fastened by a simple operation without lifting a branch part arranged in the wire holder; and to provide a method of manufacturing a wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: Wires are arranged along main wire support parts 14A and 14B of a wire reception part 11; a nearly-T-shaped branch part is formed by branching a part of the arranged wires toward a branch wire support part 14C; then, binding bands B1 and B2 are guided in a U-shaped form through the undersurface side of main wires Wa in a direction in parallel with both sides of branch wires Wb by sequentially inserting the binding bands B1 and B2, from the tip side thereof, from one-side arm part toward the other-side arm part along guide grooves 16a and 16b formed on the respective facing arm parts; and the respective binding bands B1 and B2 are fastened and fixed to the main wires Wa in the nearly-T-shaped branch part on both sides of the branch wires by fastening tip parts of the binding bands B1 and B2 projected from the opposite other-side arm parts by inserting them into lock parts Bb of base ends. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
