<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a constant depth cornea loop incision apparatus which surgically achieves the recovery of ocular modulation ability and enables the treatment of presbyopia. <P>SOLUTION: The constant depth cornea loop incision apparatus, which creates incised wound of one round time with the shape of a ring and fixed depth in the cornea near the cornea ring section, is provided with a strong cornea fixing ring (a suction ring) 20 which has a cornea circular aperture 24 for passing the cornea and a suction pressure means 37 to suck the strong cornea, and fixes the strong cornea, a revolution body (a revolver) 40 which has an inner wall face (an inclined plane 43) of a reverse truncated cone shape around the cornea circular aperture 24 and can rotate only in one direction in relation to the strong cornea fixing ring, and an incision means (a blade fixing mechanism 60 and a blade 61) installed on the inner wall face (the inclined plane 43) of the revolution body 40 so that it can project into the inside of the cornea circular aperture 24, improves the extensibility of the sclera 5 located outside of the incised wound through the constant depth cornea loop incision near the cornea ring section by this, and enables the treatment of the presbyopia. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
