PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the simultaneous termination of outside line termination calls without the distinction of accommodated terminals while reducing a memory resource amount concerning call generation. SOLUTION: A communication system is provided with a call processor which secures a memory region required for call connection by transceiving a call connection request message, and a plurality of telephone terminals accommodated to the call processor. The communication system is provided with (1) a notification message communication means which transmits notification messages to a plurality of the telephone terminals, in which the notification message is a different one from the call connection request message of the call processor, and makes each telephone terminal perform termination operation in a termination system in which the call processor simultaneously performs termination operations to a plurality of the telephone terminals when the terminating request of the telephone terminal is given to the call processor; and (2) a termination answer means which secures the memory region necessary for the call connection according to the reception of the call connection request message for a received termination answer from an answer terminal which answers the termination out of a plurality of the telephone terminals, and establishes the call.
