PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio data transmission system used effectively for permitting radio communication between only two specified transceiving devices and having very high security while radio communication information including identification ID and encryption key can be set easily. SOLUTION: The radio data transmission system includes two transceiving devices capable of radio and cable communication. In the first transceiving device (for example client device), radio communication information read from a movable memory medium is stored in a memory means of the first transceiving device, and the information is transmitted to the second transceiving device (for example, server device) through cable communication. In the second transceiving device, radio communication information transmitted from the first transceiving device is stored in a memory means of the second transceiving device.
