PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid outflow of an ice lump when an ice lump delivery mechanism is in a stopped state, and to solve arching in an ice storage chamber accompanying discharge of an ice lump, with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The ice dispenser 10 is rotatably arranged at the bottom portion of the ice storage chamber 16, and is equipped with a plate-like rotary body 32 having a plurality of protruding pieces 34 formed protruding in the radial direction, and the ice lump delivery mechanism 30 comprising a motor M for rotatably driving the plate-like rotary body 32. On the inside surface of the ice storage chamber 16, a regulating member 26 extending in the vertical direction and protruding toward the inside is arranged at the upper part of a takeout port 18. On receiving the ice lump C stored in the ice storage chamber 16, by the regulating member 26, outflow from the takeout port 18 is prevented, and upon discharging of the ice lump C, arching is solved by leveling the ice lump C.
