PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a slider from comimg in contact with a guide rail and stably roll rolling elements. SOLUTION: The slider comprises (1) a body 1 having leg parts 11, 12 disposed on the lateral both sides of the guide rail and a horizontal part 13 connecting the both leg parts to each other, (2) retainers 2, 3 fitted to the leg parts and formed by integrating plate-like parts 21, 31 brought into contact with both end faces of the leg parts with holding parts 22, 32 disposed on the inner surfaces of the leg parts and in which balls are held on two rows of rolling grooves 43a, 43b, and (3) end caps secured to both end faces of the body 1 with the plate-like parts 21, 31 disposed therebetween. The holding parts 22, 32 are composed of three members 22a to 22c, 32a to 32c. The inside dimensions A of the retainers 2, 3 between plate-like parts 21, 31 are smaller than the dimension B of the body 1 between the end faces. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
