PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a deflective restoring cushion material of continuously arranging mutual outer peripheral surfaces of a plurality of flexible rings in series in large number in large quantities by a support wire rod by keeping a shape by rounding a flexible band having deflective restorability. SOLUTION: This deflective restoring cushion material makes a plurality of flexible rings 6 of joining this band superposing part 3 by a grommet by the mutual peripheries of both-side through-holes 2 by superposing both side parts by rounding the band 1 in the thickness direction by respectively and penetratingly arranging the through-holes 2 in longitudinal both side parts and a central part of the flexible band 1. The respective rings 6 are continuously arranged in series by respectively and successively inserting the support wire rod 7 into a grommet hole 4A of these respective rings 6 and the band central part through-hole 2 (or the hole 4A of a grommet 4 installed in this through-hole 2). A flexible ring continuously arranging body 8 for securing a state of being continuously arranged in series of the plurality of mutual flexible rings 6, is constituted of a locking part 7A of the support wire rod 7 formed on its both sides. External force in the radial direction applied to its curved convex surface 5 can be relieved by deflective restoring resiliency of this curved convex surface 5 and deflective restoring resiliency of an adjacent curved convex surface 5.
