PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eddy current flaw detection device capable of keeping constant lift-off by floating an eddy current flaw detection probe, its holding member or the like from an inspection object by a jetting pressure of air, in the eddy current flaw detection device. SOLUTION: The probe holding member 21 for holding the eddy current flaw detection probe 3 is fixed to a probe holding member mounting member 23 sliding along the inner surface of a cylindrical member 22. The probe holding member mounting member 23 is pressed to the inspection object 1 side by a coil-shaped spring 26. When the air is jetted from air jetting hole parts 211, 25, the probe holding member 21 is floated from the inspection object 1 against the repulsion of the coil-shaped spring 26. At that time, the air jetted from the air jetting hole part 25 not only floats the probe holding member 21 but also corrects the attitude of the probe holding member 21. The coil-shaped spring 26 comprises a spring 261 having weak repulsion and a spring 262 having strong repulsion, and keeps the lift-off constant even if the jetting pressure of the air is changed.
