PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an ultrasonic oblique angle probe which is constituted so as not only to expand the angle range in the detectable internal flaw direction but also to inspect an inspection target over a wide range by a compact constitution without complicating a flaw detection system. SOLUTION: A vibrator 14 is constituted so as to be divided into a plurality of strip like segments. Then, a plurality of the strip like segments 14s1 and 14s2 are constituted by alternately arranging two kinds of the strip-like segments different in an angle of inclination with respect to the flaw inspection surface 2a of the inspection target 2 one by one. Thereby, two kinds of ultrasonic waves different in a flaw detection refractive angle are to be allowed to arrive at the internal flaw 6 of the inspection target 2 at two different flaw inspection anglesθ1 andθ2 of diffraction. Thereby, the clear echo from the internal flaw 6 is made easy to obtain to facilitate the detection of the internal flaw 6. Further, the size of the vibrator 14 is held to the size almost same to that of a conventional vibrator turned in a single direction to reduce an inspection impossible region.
