PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound capable of effectively preventing or treating diseases caused by rising in the phosphoric acid concentration in the serum by effectively controlling the phosphorus concentration in the serum by a mechanism different from the conventional mechanism, and a pharmaceutical composition.
