PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical body rolling vessel as a labor saving instrument for moving a cylindrical body such as an oil drum by rolling it. SOLUTION: This cylindrical body rolling vessel is constituted by applying a pulley 2 to a ring of an annular belt 1 stretched over a barrel of the cylindrical body such as the oil drum to be moved by rolling and connecting a handle 5 as a traction device with a pulley shaft 3.
