The device has a gas control system with a gas throttle valve and an ignition system with a control mechanism that includes an input unit, through which the information relating to the speed of the motor is input. An output unit of the mechanism is coupled with a servo drive of the throttle valve of a start carburetor. The servo drive of the gas throttle valve and the servo drive of the start carburetor are coupled with the control mechanism.
