The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely to the simple mechanisms. The simple mechanism comprises an axle with head, wherein there are made two threaded holes, one of which is central. Into one of the holes it is installed a screw, by means of which it is mounted a bush, to which there is perpendicularly fixed a cylindrical lever. Onto the axle it is installed a disk with a face hole at the periphery, wherein there is freely installed a bolt into the head of which, perpendicular to its axis, it is made a through hole, wherein it is freely placed the cylindrical lever.
