The invention relates to the semiconductor photoghaphy and may be used in holography, for replication of optical (holographic or analogous) information, as well as in the laser nondestructive test methods.The process for optical information recording includes the exposure of a thin-layer noncrystalline metal-semiconductor structure, for example nickel-As2S3 and further application of an electric field. Novelty consists in that the electric field in the structure is created by corona discharge.
