A tunnel type-steamer for fish paste integrally connected with a fish paste supply apparatus is provided to maximally reduce the fraction defection of shape such as breakage, folding and the like generated during transfer of fish paste from a forming device to a frying device, increase working efficiency and administer food hygienically. The tunnel type-steamer for fish paste integrally connected with a fish paste supply apparatus comprises: a fish paste kneading apparatus(10) for kneading fish paste and transferring it by a transfer belt(41); and a double row type steamer(20) for heating the transferred fish paste. The transfer belt is extendedly connected to the distal end of the double row type steamer from the lower end of the fish paste kneading apparatus. A right and left connecting plate(55) formed with a groove(56) is integrally attached to a fixing plate; and an induction roller(60) is inserted into the groove between the upper and lower transfer belt. |
