Implant assembly for mammary gland replacement or correction (see fig. 13) comprises implant 431 provided with port 443 for repeated injecting a preparation into an implant tissue pouch to inhibit a capsule genesis around the implant. Therewith, the use of a subdermal preparation accumulator allows considerable reduction of a needed injection number. In version embodiment, an epithelial cell lining is provided around the implant to prevent the capsule genesis. There are also the fixation means for fastening the implant to mammary gland providing the continuity at the boundary between them. In version embodiment, the fixation means is made as an internal brassier suspending the breast to patient's bones thereby preventing the breast skin stretch and breast sagging under gravity and maintaining the breast aesthetic appearance for any length of time.
