TELEPHONE NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that line state data showing a communication state of a dialed telephone number need to be updated manually through a terminal if the telephone number is unavailable because of a move and unwanted dialing based upon origination information is performed if the update is neglected since the origination information including the unavailable telephone number is generated during the generation of origination information.

SOLUTION: A system which has a delinquen table wherein line state data showing whether each of telephone numbers of delinquents is available are made to correspond to telephone number data of the telephone number, and dials a telephone number based upon origination information generated by extracting telephone number data corresponding to line state data showing a telephone number is available from the delinquent table and then receives reason data showing why the telephone number is unavailable from a line exchange when the dialed telephone number is unavailable is equipped with a line state update unit which updates the line state data corresponding to the dialed telephone number in the delinquent table based upon the reason data.
