<p>PURPOSE:To form a three dimensional and complicated pattern on a surface of the synthetic resin molding, by printing a pattern and making a adhesive layer on a surface of a sheet, by making a masking layer forming a pattern on another surface, by making a vapor deposition layer on the masking layer side and by removing the masking layer with the vapor deposition layer. CONSTITUTION:A pattern 4 is printed and an adhesive layer is coated on a surface of a synthetic resin sheet 3. A masking layer 7 forming a pattern is prepared on another surface of the sheet 3. The sheet 3 is molded by vacuum molding to a surface shape of a molding 1. A molten resin 13 is poured on the inner surface side, i.e. the adhesive layer side, of the sheet 3 in a cavity 9 of a mold 8. An opaque vapor deposition layer 5 formed by vapor-depositing aluminum, copper and others is prepared on the outer surface side of the molding 1, i.e. the masking layer side 7 of the sheet 3. The masking layer 7 and the vapor deposition layer 5 on it are removed by washing out with alcohol and others. The vapor deposition layer 5 only remains thereby on the non- masking part to form a pattern.</p> |
