PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power feed device of an electromagnetic clutch which attains size reduction. SOLUTION: The power feed device 7 includes slip rings 73A, 73B and brushes 74A, 74B which face each other along a direction of a center axis Z, and which slidably contact each other; a ring holder 71, to which the slip rings 73A, 73B are fitted, and which is fitted, in capable of rotating, to a fixed member 8 to be fitted to the casing of driven side equipment; a brush holder 72 to which the brushes 74A, 74B are fitted, and which is fitted to a rotating rotor coil 6; positioning portions 76, 77 to directly position these holders 71, 72; and an elastic contact 78 which is provided between the brush holder 72 and the rotor coil 6, and absorbs the tolerance caused between these two members 72, 6.
