PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic EL panel capable of carrying out an aging treatment without reducing yield in a manufacturing process of the organic EL panel. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the organic EL panel 1, a plurality numbers of kinds of light emitting pixels in which a plurality numbers of kinds of organic layers 7a to 7c showing different light emitting colors are respectively pinched by a pair of electrodes 4, 8 are installed on a substrate. The aging process is included in which different voltages are respectively applied between the both electrodes 4, 8 of the light emitting pixels of different light emitting colors, and in which electric field strength applied to the light emitting pixels is made nearly constant.
