PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article introduction-guiding device for vending machines which can handle very short articles, simple in composition, low in production cost, and reduces time and labor required for positional adjustment. SOLUTION: Some of engaging parts (second slits) 28 of an introduction guide 6, which engage with a depth-side engaging part (a second pawl) 22 of an introduction path width guide 20, are formed, with this point as a center, to have shapes which enable the introduction path width guide 20 to tilt in the path width direction. Some of engaging parts (first slits) 27, which engage with an engaging part (a first pawl) 21 on this side of the introduction path width guide 20, are formed, with this point as a center, at positions to have shapes, the positions and the shapes enabling the introduction path width guide 20 to engage in its tilted state. The introduction path width guide 20 is formed to tilt in the path width direction so that an effective path width in the depth side part connected to an accommodation conveyance path 4 is smaller than that in the throw-in hole part 3 of the introduction path width guide.
