PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect the data of a plurality of basic systems in an arbitrary timing, and to be easily analyzed together with data in a local database. SOLUTION: An access request decomposing means 1d determines at least one remote database to be accessed based on an access request accepted by an information management means 1c, and decomposes the access request into the remote access request for each of remote database to be accessed. Furthermore, an access means 1e accesses the remote database based on the remote access request generated by the access request decomposing means 1d, and extracts data from each remote database.
