PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MQ monitor tool which always monitors MQ middleware, queue, transmission channel, and reception channel and when any failure occurs in them, automatically closes the necessary minimum MQ. SOLUTION: This message queuing server is provided with: a message queue for storing a message; middleware for transmitting and receiving a message with another message queuing system by using the message queue; and transmission channel and reception channel connected to the other message queuing system, wherein a monitoring tool for monitoring the message queue, the middleware and the transmission channel and reception channel is provided. The monitoring tool stops all middleware, and stops all the transmission channels and all the reception channels when any failure occurs in at least one of the message queue and the middleware.
