PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve which is optimal for easily forming a hole (void) in concrete poured in a concrete form when reinforcements are arranged in a reinforced concrete perforated beam, and to provide a method of setting the sleeve. SOLUTION: The almost cylindrical sleeve 1 is formed by assembling a drainboard-like body section 2 and cover bodies 3 arranged on both edges of the same. The cover bodies 3 are each obtained by protruding a disk section 3b from a substrate section 3a having an external peripheral shape equal to a cross sectional periphery of the almost cylindrically rolled body section 2. According to the method of setting the sleeve 1 in the concrete form d, both the cover bodies 3 arranged on both the edges of the body section are attached to the reinforcement beforehand and arranged in the concrete form d, and thereafter a drainboard-like flat plate body 2' is wound on the disk sections 3b of the respective cover bodies 3 to produce the body section 2, whereby the sleeve 1 is formed in the concrete form d.
