PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling distribution of a driving power in a vehicle, which device calculates a driving current value suitable for the actual state of temperature in a driving power distributing device, and transmits a sufficient torque to sub-driving wheels, and can carry out excellent control of distribution of the driving power even in a low temperature state. SOLUTION: The device for controlling distribution of the driving power in the vehicle comprises a maximum driving current calculating means for calculating the maximum driving current value, which is the maximum value of the driving current, according to the temperature of the driving power distributing device detected by a temperature detecting means, the calorific value calculated by a calorific value calculating means, and the running time calculated by a running time calculating means, wherein a driving current controlling means is provided to output the maximum driving current value to the driving power dividing apparatus as the driving current value when the driving current value calculated by a driving current calculating means is larger than the maximum driving current value calculated by the maximum driving current calculating means.
