PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board case capable of preventing the case from being vibrated and rattled in a protection cover by external impact and vibration. SOLUTION: In the circuit board case, an elastic piece 35 provided on a ceiling wall 5a of a storage case 2 is urged to an inner surface of a ceiling wall of the protection cover and is distorted. At this time, on the elastic piece 35, repulsive force for urging the inner surface of the ceiling wall of the protection cover in a direction leaving it from the ceiling wall 5a of the storage case 2 is generated. The repulsive force acts so as to elastically retain the storage case 2 in the protection cover. Thereby, since an engagement part 11 of the storage case 2 is engaged with an engagement hole of the protection cover without loosening and the storage case 2 is retained in a predetermined position in the protection cover, rattling of the storage case 2 in the protection cover is suppressed. Further, since the elastic pieces 35 are arranged in four recessed parts 30 provided on both left and right sides of the ceiling wall 5a of the storage case 2, the whole of the storage case 2 can be retained with good balance.
