PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jack disposing structure of an automobile capable of both suppressing a floor deformation of a jack mounting part at the time of rear-end collision and preventing scattering of the jack through the utilization of a cross-member and trunk boards while using the dead space behind the rear seat, and also enhancing the safety. SOLUTION: The jack disposing structure of an automobile disposing the jack 34 in the rear part of the body, is equipped with the rear seat 21, the cross-member 10 installed over the rear floor 1 in proximity to the part behind the rear seat 21, and the trunk boards 6 and 7 installed with the front part bridged over the cross-member 10. The front end of the trunk board 6 is extended 6A ahead of the cross-member 10, and the jack 34 is disposed below the extended trunk board 6 and between the rear seat 21 and the cross-member 10.
