PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spanner, quickly replacing a working head and changing the angle. SOLUTION: This spanner includes: a grip 10 having a connecting part at one end; a set of replacing working heads 34 respectively having a working part 36 and a connecting part 38, the connecting parts being shaped to engage with the connecting part of the grip 10; and a coupling part 20 separably provided on the connecting part of the working head 34 and the connecting part of the grip 10, wherein after the working head 34 is quickly replaced and the working head 34 is mounted on the grip 10, the coupling part 20 acts as a rotating shaft so that the working head can rotate around the rotating shaft in a different angle arc depending on the working space.
