PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine attitude of parts formed of layered rectangular parallelepiped transparent and opaque members with simple structure. SOLUTION: A light emitting opening 60a and a light receiving opening 61a close to each other are formed on a carrying face 19a carrying parts W formed of layered rectangular parallelepiped transparent and opaque members. The carrying face is formed so that the transparent member covers at least a part of the light emitting opening 60a and a light receiving opening 61a, when the part W is carried with the opaque member not in a desired attitude of coming into contact with the carrying face 19a. A light sensor unit 23 has a light emitting device emitting light from the light emitting opening 60a, and a light receiving device detecting incident light to the light receiving opening 61a. An attitude controlling part determines that the part W is carried with the opaque member in an attitude not in contact with the carrying face 19a, when the light receiving device detects light.
