PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood examination device which can solve a problem that examination such as blood sugar level examination is troublesome because a step for puncturing a needle into a finger top to sample a blood can not be carried out simultaneously together with a step for transferring the sampled blood in a blood sensor to analyze. SOLUTION: The device comprises a base body 12, a detector 16 mounted to the base body 12, a blood sampling needle 13 mounted to the top side 12a of the base body 12, a negative pressure formation part 17 which applies a negative pressure to the part of the blood sampling needle 13 and a supplying path 15 for supplying the detector 16 with a blood sampled by the blood sampling needle 13.
