<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To associate contents handwritten onto a medium such as paper by a user and various information such as sound information, image information or moving image information. <P>SOLUTION: The contents of handwritten information written down on a code sheet 11 by the user and handwriting time related to time when the handwriting is performed are associated and are stored in a paper information processing server 30, and information provided from various terminals such as video information processor 5 and provision time related to time when the information is provided are associated and are stored in an integration processing server 50.
