<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telecommunication system, a mobile communication terminal and a control station in which the mobile communication terminal device of dual mode can direct clearly how to obtain high performance in communicating with which base station is to be communicated in the mobile telecommunication system, in the range to the cell of the mobile communication system of a plurality of cellular communication systems simultaneously. <P>SOLUTION: When data communication of a file transfer system is performed ("file transfer system" of a step S20i); it is evaluated about throughput (a step S20j), and it chooses the base station of a high mobile telecommunication system. When the data communication of streams system is performed ("streams system" of a step S20i), it is evaluated (a step S20n) about radio wave quality, and it chooses the base station of the high mobile telecommunication system.
